In additional to his clinic practice, Adj A/Professor Hee is actively involved in the teaching of both undergraduate and post-graduate medical trainees. He has also been invited overseas to many countries to impart and share his knowledge of spinal surgery to his overseas counterparts.

Dr Hee is passionate about providing customised care for his patients. Depending on the needs of the patients, Dr Hee will first recommend non-invasive back treatments such as spinal injections. He is ethical and empathetic to the needs of all patients, and is dedicated to bringing quality and integrated spinal care to both local and overseas patients.

Dr Hee is always researching on how to improve surgical outcomes for patients to have a more effective long term recovery. He uses minimally-invasive spinal surgical techniques to achieve a quicker recovery from surgery with decreased post-operative pain and complications.
